We came to Vienna friday night and booked for one night, and we got a room on the 9th floor with a beautiful view on the metro station and Westfield Donau Zentrum. Mathias checked us in, and he was so kind and helpful, just like the rest of the staff that we had the opportunity to meet. We were amazed by the decoration and the functionality of the room, and don't get me started about how the bed was comfortable! In the morning we decided to stay for two more nights and they offered us to stay in the same room or to switch. Of course, we stayed in our room and enjoyed every minute of it. The room was very clean, and it had sound isolation and great window shades and blackout curtains. In the room is also Nespresso maschine, a kettle and bottle for the water and they are free of charge! You can also get refills for coffee, tea, and water at the reception (also free). The location of the hotel is great and we used public transportation to get to the city center. We parked our car on the street near the hotel (in front of the Vienna International School) because the parking was free on the weekend and later we reparked our car to the private parking nearby that costs 7€/24h. We highly recommend BASSENA Wien Donaustadt, and we are very thankful for the hospitality of the staff! P.S. Can you tell us where can we buy that amazing mattress?

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The hotel offered all the usual amenities one could hope for, including a modern fitness center and a cozy lounge area perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. What I loved most about this hotel was its convenient location, with easy access to public transport just a short walk away, making it incredibly simple to explore all of Vienna's attractions. There were also plenty of shops nearby, and a large shopping mall just around the corner, which was perfect for grabbing essentials or indulging in a bit of retail therapy. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vienna.

Such a lovely cool hotel, we travelled in December and Vienna was quite cold however the hotel(both rooms and common areas) was so warm which is nice. The rooms are clean, modern and have everything you need. They are quite soundproof and also have full blackout curtains which allow a nice rest. The staff is kind and helpful and the common areas of the hotel are super nice especially the lobby with the Christmas tree-just magical. Most importantly- the location is 10/10 the hotel is directly across the metro station which allows easy and fast access throught the whole of Vienna. Also there is a big shopping centre just across the street- Westfield. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Top highlights: - Modern furniture and overall modern feel - particularly enjoyed the spacious walk-in shower - 2 minutes away from a supermarket and a large mall where there’s plenty of options for breakfast/lunch/dinner - 2 minutes away from metro line with a direct connection to the city centre and easy access to all major landmarks - Quiet and good isolation from the busy road/metro line - I could literally hear nothing with the windows closed Overall great stay, I would visit again!

Prime Strategic Location: access to Supermarket, Mall, Restaurants, just opposite to the train station which gives you access to whole Vienna, lovely surround of buildings and still with a view of greenery in the city. Hotel is boutique style lovely with wonderful design and decoration touches, smells very nice, so clean and it had all our neccessities needed. Staff were so friendly, talking nicely and supporting in action. We really gave this hotel a 10 out of 10 and would love to stay here if we visit Vienna again.
